Legend of Lake Toba

In ancient times, there is a farmer named Toba alone in a valley of sloping and fertile. The farmer was working on the rice fields and farm for the purposes of his own life. 

In addition to farm work, he sometimes went fishing to the river that was not far from his home. Each time he was fishing, he is easy to get fish, because the river is so clearly. Fish the lure him ripe to be eat later.

The Mouse Deer and The Crocodile

"Huaaaaaaa …...hungryyyy ... .." The voice of the mouse deer who are looking for a place to rest. "Today I'm very weak, my stomach has not filled any of the morning… hikss", mouse deer continue to grumble along the road. He rested his body for a moment under a shady tree. Indeed, today the sun looks so friendly, he does not emit light too bright, the wind was blowing breeze.

"Well the weather today really cozy to be enjoyed with sleepbut how can I sleep when my stomach is hungry?", grumbled the mouse deer again. For a moment, he thought her half-lying.

The Mouse Deer and The Snail

In a large forest, a mouse deer arrogant was walking around with puff out his chest. He continued to walk through the lush trees and beautiful in the bright sun irradiate the moment, then when he started to cross the river he met a small snail, and mouse deer were greeted by snail "hay mouse deer ...! How are you? You look so happy today?”. Mouse deer replied arrogantly "hi snail, of course I'm glad, because I was the smartest animal and most clever in this forest".
